Stock Availability

Due to high demand and production schedules, our stock levels are constantly changing. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will endeavour to have the item available within two business days and dispatched on the third, if not sooner. If there is any further delay expected, you will be contacted by a staff member and notified. You may also be offered an alternative product, store credit, or refund. We do not hold responsibility for suppliers being sold out of certain products or experiencing prolonged stock delays.

Fresh & Frozen Goods

We take pride in the quality of our pet food products, all of which are sourced from reputable Australian suppliers. All meat packaging and handling are conducted in a controlled, hygienic environment that adheres to high food safety standards and practices. All fresh and frozen goods are processed in a facility compliant with Australian food safety regulations.

If you place an order for fresh and/or frozen products through our site, your order will be shipped via a third-party refrigerated courier. The majority of products ordered online will be sent frozen to ensure the freshness and quality of the product upon arrival.

Products

Certain products may be available exclusively through our online store or at our manufacturing facility.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
